Comfortable bed, reliable wifi, hot water, working AC.

Nothing I didn't like.

The beds were comfortable and the hot water, AC, and Wi-Fi worked well. The staff tried their best to be helpful and accommodating. The location was convenient for our needs as it was relatively close to the places we wanted to visit.

The cleanliness of the toilets and the overall maintenance of the property was subpar. We had to climb stairs with our bags as there was no lift. The shower had very little pressure and the taps were leaking. The hotel did not provide basic amenities such as toilet paper or tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast experience was unpleasant as it was served at a single table and the quality of food was poor.

I had a decent stay with functioning amenities including hot water, AC, and wifi. The cleanliness standard was satisfactory and the staff was helpful.
